Cate Key, MPM, is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Highmark Health, where they advocate for the Voice of the Customer and focus on optimizing customer experiences through a human-centered design approach. With over ten years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management, they previously held positions at PPG Industries, culminating in roles that advanced product lifecycle management and commercialization.
