Chaz Kellem is a dedicated strategist, programmer, and advocate with extensive experience in promoting diversity and inclusion. They currently serve as a Program Manager at Highmark Health and as a Commissioner for the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. Previously, Chaz held leadership roles including Senior Director at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh and Manager of Diversity Initiatives for the Pittsburgh Pirates. They also obtained a B.S. in Sports Administration and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and they continue their education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at PennWest Edinboro. Chaz actively contributes to various boards, including as Chair for the Board of Trustees at Achieva.
