Chelsea Bauer

Chelsea Bauer is an Associate Marketing Operations Specialist at Highmark Health, where involvement includes collaboration with executive hospital leadership to develop patient-facing marketing materials and executing campaigns for Access services. Previously, Chelsea participated in a two-year Leadership Acceleration Program, completing rotations in various operational sectors. Chelsea also gained valuable experience through a Marketing Shadow Experience at Allegheny Health Network and as a Sales Intern at Steel River Marketing, demonstrating strong marketing skills and leadership capabilities. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Penn State University.
