Chris Luka

Chris Luka currently serves as the Product Management Director for Utilization Management Transformation at Highmark Health, where innovative solutions are designed to enhance experience and streamline processes in alignment with the organization’s Living Health strategy. Previously, Chris held various leadership positions at Allegheny Health Network, including Finance Director for the Surgery and Anesthesia Institutes, Operations Director for the Neuroscience Institute, and Finance Director for the AHN Physician Organization, where impactful financial strategies and adaptive operational responses were implemented. Chris's extensive background in financial analysis and strategic planning began with roles at the Allegheny Clinic and Coventry Health Care, and education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an MBA in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University.
