Danielle Onda

Danielle Onda serves as the Director of HR Technologies at Highmark Health since December 2018, where responsibilities include leading the execution of HR technology strategies and innovative product roadmaps. Prior roles at Highmark Health involved serving as Director and Manager of Enablement, focusing on enterprise-wide transformation programs and managing a team to provide insights and solutions to over 500 leaders. Previously, Danielle held positions at Capgemini Government Solutions as a Senior Manager in the Health & Benefits Market, eGlobalTech as a Senior Consultant, and IBM as a Consultant, where a variety of capabilities in consulting, project delivery, and business development were demonstrated. Prior experience includes a research assistant role at the Center for Supply Chain Research at Penn State, contributing to significant academic projects. Danielle Onda obtained a B.S. in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University, with minors in Business Law and Engineering Entrepreneurship.
