David Peters

David Peters, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Project Management for Highmark Health, overseeing operations in Central and East Regions, including Central Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware, managing 20 direct and 45 indirect staff since May 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Facilities Manager at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included managing multiple operational departments and budgeting, and Director of Facilities Management at Crothall Facilities Management, among other healthcare facilities. David holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's in Health Care Management from Misericordia University, along with a Technical Certificate in Biomedical Engineering Technology from Northwest Technical College. Military service includes roles as a Machinist's Mate in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserve.
