Denae Kemp

Denae Kemp serves as the IT Manager for Enterprise Compliance and Regulatory Solutions at Highmark Health, leading the Enterprise Solutions Application Development team that supports Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Audit, and Corporate Real Estate functions. Previously, Denae held the position of Senior Project Manager during the Enterprise Return to the Workplace Initiative, successfully developing an application for workspace reservations and overseeing IT equipment distribution for remote employees. Prior experience includes roles as Salesforce Program Manager at HM Health Solutions, and Senior Implementation Manager at ADP, where Denae managed major accounts, enhanced service offerings, and led successful implementation projects. Denae's career began as a Payroll Administrator, and Denae holds both a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organization Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
