Eileen Williams is an experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in community affairs and program coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Community Affairs Specialist at Highmark Health since December 2006, Eileen has developed and implemented executive dashboards and expense tracking systems for enterprise-wide initiatives.
