Frank Malovic

Frank Malovic is an accomplished Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile transformation and leadership within various organizations. At Highmark Health since April 2019, Frank has led significant process improvements in the Diversified Business Solutions IT department, emphasizing the core values of Scrum. Previously, Frank served in the US Navy Reserve as a SONAR Technician and achieved notable recognition as the oldest boot-camp graduate in history. Additional roles include Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where Frank led a finalist project under the “Improving State Operations” category. Frank’s career also includes positions at TEKsystems, SSB BART Group, Compusearch, and CMSIS, contributing to quality assurance and project management. Frank is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
