Hugh Dunn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience design and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Experience Design Strategist at Highmark Health since October 2016, Hugh has previously held roles such as Manager of Digital Strategy and Lead User Experience Designer and Strategist at Highmark. Prior to that, Hugh contributed to Carnegie Mellon University as Head Coach of the Ski Team from 2008 to April 2019 and worked at Philips Design as a Communication Designer, focusing on interface, interaction, and graphic design for Home Healthcare Solutions. Hugh began the career with an internship at stressdesign, providing print and web design services. Hugh holds a BFA in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2006, and graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 2002.
