James Byers, BSN, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as the Manager of Reporting and Metrics at Highmark Health since August 2013. Throughout this tenure, James has held various roles including Lead Decision Support Analyst and Clinical Informatics Specialist. Prior to Highmark Health, James worked at UPMC from November 2006 to October 2013, gaining valuable experience as a Professional Registered Nurse in both the Neuroscience ICU and Neuro Progressive Care Unit, as well as a Nursing Assistant. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chatham University and an RN Diploma from UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing.
