Jantaye Smith

Jantaye Smith currently serves as an LTSS Case Manager at Highmark Health, where responsibilities include assessing and coordinating care for members with chronic health care and social service needs. In addition, Jantaye works as an Inpatient Psychiatric Social Worker at Dover Behavioral Health System, providing psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans for acute patients.
