Jennifer Deemer

Jennifer Deemer currently serves as the Lead Marketing Strategist at Highmark Health, where responsibilities include managing campaign activations and developing clear and aligned messaging with stakeholders. From September 2013 to November 2022, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Community Impact and previously Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Wyoming Valley, overseeing community investment processes and strategic initiatives for long-lasting change. Earlier in Jennifer's career, from October 1997 to August 2013, positions included Grant and Program Specialist and Grants Specialist at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where efforts focused on community engagement and administration of The Blue Ribbon Foundation. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from King's College.
