Jennifer Thompson, CCP, has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, beginning with Highmark Health in September 1994 as a FMLA Administrator. Thompson progressed through various roles at Highmark Inc., including Division Administrative Assistant, HR/Work Life Program Specialist, and Compensation Analyst before becoming a Compensation Consultant in September 2019.
