Jo Clark

Jo Clark is currently the Vice President of Value Based Care at Highmark Health, where they lead Clinical Transformation efforts, including Enhanced Community Care Management and Care Model Implementation. Previously, Jo served as the Senior Director of Population Health at Aria - Jefferson Health and the Director of Operations for Chronic Care Management at Alegis Care. Jo’s earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Cigna-HealthSpring and Complex Care Nurse at Bravo Health. Jo has also worked as a Medical Intensive Care Nurse at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Jo is pursuing multiple degrees, including a BSN from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana College, and a Master of Arts in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of Iowa.
