Jocelyn Hillen

Jocelyn Hillen is a skilled professional with a diverse background in product management and the arts. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Strategy Analyst at Highmark Health since August 2020, Jocelyn focuses on the Member Listening System and manages MLS applications. Prior experience includes roles as Member Engagement Guide and Marketing Associate at Highmark Inc., as well as various positions at Highmark Direct and Starbucks Coffee Company. In addition to corporate roles, Jocelyn has been a self-employed long-form improv coach and a professional actress and comedian since 2009. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from The University of the Arts and an Associate of Arts in Residential Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
