Joe Novak possesses extensive experience in HR operations and process excellence, currently serving as Director of HR Operations at Highmark Health since March 2017. Throughout the tenure at Highmark Health, Joe has held several leadership roles, including Director of HR Shared Services and Director of HR Process/Operational Excellence & PMO. Prior to this, Joe gained valuable experience at United States Steel Corporation from March 2012 to April 2017, where roles included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Process Engineer.
