Jonalyn Schachner is an accomplished project management and learning development professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily at Highmark Health. Currently serving as Manager of Project Management, Jonalyn oversees a team focused on strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. Previous roles include managing Enterprise Learning and Development operations, leading teams in analyzing and designing curricula, and enhancing customer experience through effective training solutions. With a foundational career at US Airways, which included roles as a Systems Analyst and Flight Attendant, Jonalyn has consistently driven process improvements and developed impactful training programs.
