Jonathan Hogan

Jonathan Hogan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in identity and access management, IT operations, and systems administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Identity & Access Management at Highmark Health since March 2022, Jonathan leads a team of 10 IAM engineers and oversees various platforms, including CyberArk and Microsoft Entra ID. Noteworthy contributions include enhancing enterprise security through modern MFA and identity protection tools. Prior experience at AHEAD involved managing IT operations for a large professional services firm, overseeing the Service Desk, and security departments. Jonathan's career also includes roles at Taproot Foundation, Manifest Digital, Adams and Reese LLP, and Memphis Orthopaedic Group, where Jonathan significantly impacted system implementations and IT support. Jonathan earned a Master of Science in IT Project Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
