Kayla Busche

Kayla Busche has a robust background in tax management and auditing, beginning with an internship at PNC in 2013. Following this, Kayla acquired valuable experience at Deloitte, progressing from Tax Intern to Tax Consultant and ultimately serving as Tax Manager until July 2021. In July 2021, Kayla joined Highmark Health as Corporate Tax Manager and was promoted to Tax Director in June 2025. Kayla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Duquesne University, completed in 2015.
