Larry Kleinman

Larry Kleinman serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Highmark Health, where responsibilities encompass all aspects of human resources, including compensation, organizational effectiveness, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. Additionally, Larry is the founder and Board Chair of Lumevity, an organization focused on helping companies enhance financial performance and employee engagement through transformative initiatives. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Covenant Health and Chief Human Resource Officer at Providence Health & Services. Larry holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from The New School and has a background in education from Ithaca College.
