Laura Rihn

Laura Rihn is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communication management. Currently serving as the Internal and Physician Communications Manager at Highmark Health since July 2016, Laura has previously held positions including HR Communications Manager and Senior Internal Communications Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Copywriter at Allegheny Health Network and Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Carlow University, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple publication projects, directing creative workflows, and serving as managing editor of an award-winning e-newsletter. Laura holds an MBA in Business Administration from Carlow University and a BS in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Kent State University.
