Lena Dickinson

Lena Dickinson serves as the Director of Product Management for Provider Administration at Highmark Health since November 2023. Previously, Lena held the position of Director of Commercial Operations at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., managing operational teams for Covid testing logistics across North America. Lena also worked as the Director of Change Management at USA Millwork, where collaboration with the executive team focused on integrating operational processes amid a private equity strategy. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University, Senior Business Strategist at IA Collaborative, and Consultant at The Cambridge Group, among others. Lena holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual Master’s degrees in Arts Management and Modern Languages from Carnegie Mellon University.
