Lena Thompson

Lena Thompson, MSN, RN, CCM, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in case management and clinical care across diverse settings. Currently serving as LTSS Manager at Highmark Health since September 2021, Lena also holds the role of Chief, Clinical Care Management at the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse & Mental Health since April 2019. Previous positions include Manager of Integrated Health Clinical Care Management at AmeriHealth Caritas and Maternal Child Health Program Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group, where Lena led operations for several programs aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes.
