Les Duncan

Les Duncan is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in accountable care initiatives and operational management. Currently serving as Vice-President of CIN Strategy at Highmark Health since September 2019, Duncan previously held roles including Director of Accountable Care Solutions and Director of Operations at HM Home and Community Services. Prior experience includes Vice President of Accountable Care Initiatives at PinnacleHealth System, where Duncan managed one of the largest Accountable Care Organizations in the U.S., and various leadership positions at Heritage Valley Health System, including responsibilities in physician practice operations and new business development. Early in the career, Duncan worked at Federated Investors Management Co. as Vice-President, Business Controller and held positions at PNC involving financial analysis and corporate banking. Educational qualifications include degrees from Virginia Tech and Muskingum University.
