Lily Callaway

Lily Callaway is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, public health, and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Management at Highmark Health since July 2019, Lily also holds the position of DEI Chair in the Growth Enablement Office. In addition to ongoing roles, Lily's recent experience includes serving as a Teaching Fellow for Marshall Ganz’s public narrative course at Harvard Kennedy School and participating as a Maternal and Child Health Leadership Fellow at Harvard University. Previous roles encompass leadership as the Grass Roots Board Member for RESULTS, where Lily led the Pittsburgh Chapter, and instruction in stand-up comedy at Dallas Comedy House. Lily's early career included significant positions at HMS and Quorum Business Solutions, along with an internship at Grameen Bank. Academically, Lily holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and dual degrees in Business Honors and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
