Marcia Oglan

Marcia Oglan is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Chief HR Officer for Allegheny Health Network and Senior Vice President Enterprise HR at Highmark Health since February 2016. Oglan has held multiple senior leadership positions at Highmark Health, including Senior Vice President of Talent Innovation, Development & Engagement, and Executive Clinical Operations. Prior to Highmark Health, Oglan worked at Accenture for two decades, culminating in the role of Human Resources Associate Director, where responsibilities included the development of a global talent strategy. In addition to professional roles, Oglan is active in the community, serving on boards for Pittsburgh Musical Theater, Pennsylvania Women Work, and HEARTH - North Hills Affordable Housing. Oglan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
