Melissa Miller

Melissa Miller is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in employee relations and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Highmark Health since July 2022, Melissa previously held positions including Sr. HR Consultant at UPMC Passavant, and HR Consultant at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital. Prior roles encompass HR Retention Generalist and HR Assistant at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, as well as positions in recruitment and talent acquisition at UPMC.
