Monique Reese

Monique Reese, DNP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Transformation Government Business at Highmark Health, a diversified health and wellness enterprise that serves approximately 35 million people nationwide. With a strong background in health care leadership, Monique previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Home and Community Care at Highmark Health. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Sutter Health, where Monique provided operational and clinical expertise and co-led a high-risk population health strategy. From 2005 to 2015, Monique held the role of Chief Clinical Officer at UnityPoint Health, overseeing a significant budget and leading transformation towards a patient-centered health system.
