Patricia Laughlin

Patricia Laughlin, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Technology and Operations at Highmark Health, a position held since 2021, where Patricia is responsible for the comprehensive HR strategy and operations across a national health organization. With extensive experience in HR technology and project management, Patricia has progressed through various roles at Highmark Health, including Vice President of HR Technology and a key contributor to significant HR transformations. Patricia previously held positions at FedEx Ground, InnoSource, Heritage Community Initiatives, and Universal Academy, showcasing a diverse background in both HR and educational program management. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Point Park University, a B.S. in Education with a focus on Mathematics from Robert Morris University, and is currently pursuing executive leadership training at The Wharton School.
