Peter Grames is a Strategy Partner at Highmark Health, focused on transforming provider operations through effective vendor governance. With over 10 years of experience in provider reimbursement, Peter has implemented value-based reimbursement (VBR) programs and has led strategic projects in matrixed environments. They hold a Master of Health Administration from Drexel University, where Peter graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Messiah University. Prior to their current role, Peter held various positions, including Business Systems Analyst and Customer Service Advocate at Highmark.
