Rafi Kaufman

Rafi Kaufman is a seasoned professional in product management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Highmark Health since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rafi held various positions at Cigna from April 2014 to October 2022, including Director of Digital Product Management for the Government segment, where responsibilities encompassed developing digital strategies aligned with customer insights and regulatory guidelines.
