Reem AlQaisy is a passionate organizational design and change leader with extensive experience in leading teams to transform organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation, Improvement, and Change at Highmark Health since 2021, Reem has previously held similar leadership roles at Innovestor DMCC and ICF, where they spearheaded a large-scale merger for a multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical company. Reem's career also includes directing projects at PA Consulting and overseeing the creation of a Knowledge Management Strategy at First 5 LA. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth in 2004.
