Rob Engle

Rob Engle is an experienced manager in the field of mainframe systems and technology solutions, currently serving as Manager of Mainframe Systems at enGen since June 2022. With a strong background at Highmark Health, where engagement began in January 2016, Rob has effectively managed the Mainframe Systems Support team, focusing on critical zSystems technologies and talent retention. Previous roles include oversight of the Collaboration Solutions team and accountability for End User Services at HM Health Solutions, along with significant experience managing SharePoint and various technologies at Highmark from 1999 to 2014. Early in the career at Highmark Medicare Services, Rob held the position of Internet Administrator. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
