Sandra Sola

Sandra Sola currently serves as the Vice President of HR - Talent Engagement at Highmark Health, focusing on HR leadership across several key areas and managing a team of HR professionals. Previously, Sandra held the position of Global Director, HR Business Partner for NIKE Sports Marketing, overseeing HR functions that connected the company with athletes and sports entities worldwide. Prior to NIKE, Sandra was the Senior Director of HR for Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., where leadership extended to a workforce across multiple countries. Sandra's earlier career includes various HR roles at Harris Corporation and Pfizer, along with research assistant positions during academic studies, which culminated in a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
