Sandy Liu

Sandy Liu is a seasoned professional in information security and project management, currently serving as the Director of Identity and Access Management at Highmark Health since January 2015. With a strong background in strategy execution and program management, Sandy has held various roles including Manager of Information Security and Senior Program Manager. Previous experience includes significant positions at BNY Mellon, where Sandy was a VP and Business Analysis Consultant, as well as technical and analytical roles at Alcoa and PNC. Sandy is also an alumnus of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by certifications in CISSP and PMP.
