Shawn Magill

Shawn Magill is an experienced professional in information security, risk management, and organizational performance. Currently serving as an Associate Program Manager at Highmark Health since March 2022, Shawn focuses on protecting healthcare systems and data. Previously, as a Semi-Retired Consultant at Know Y from January 2018 to March 2022, advisory services were provided in culture-driven organizational performance and leadership development. With extensive experience at the Defense Logistics Agency from September 2004 to December 2017, Shawn held multiple director-level positions, including Director of Stakeholder Integration Services and Director of Strategy and Development. Prior roles include Director at the Defense Automated Addressing Systems Center and Document Automation & Production Service, along with significant service in the US Navy, where Shawn managed logistics and project management for naval aviation systems. Shawn holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Administration and Leadership from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and several other advanced degrees, including from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and National-Louis University.
