Stacy Kittridge

Stacy Kittridge is an accomplished leader in human resources with extensive experience in various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Labor, Policy, and M&A Engagements and Vice President of Leader Operations at Highmark Health since August 2019, Stacy has previously held senior HR roles at Gateway Health and Allegheny Health Network, including Vice President of HR and Director of Talent Acquisition, respectively. Prior experience includes positions at Highmark, UPMC, and The Washington Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, policy administration, and multi-site consulting for a significant workforce. Stacy holds degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and Human Resource Management from La Roche University.
