Steven Ways

Steven Ways has extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Advanced Analytics at Highmark Health since April 2020. In this role, Steven oversees the development of predictive and machine learning models to enhance business relationships with members. Prior positions at Highmark Inc. include Data Scientist and Decision Support Analyst, where Steven focused on building predictive models and providing analytical insights to drive business decisions. Additionally, Steven has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University, teaching a graduate-level course on R for data science. Steven holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Slippery Rock University.
