Thanh Phan serves as an Associate Strategy Partner in Strategic Insights & Intelligence and Strategy at Highmark Health, where tenure began in June 2020, following participation in the Leadership Acceleration Program. Thanh Phan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Des Moines Area Community College.
