Tom Fogarty brings extensive experience in procurement and management, currently serving as Treasurer for Capital City Bassmasters since January 2021 and as a Board Member at Camp Pioneer since January 2017. Tom holds an Associates in Emergency Management from the Community College of the Air Force and a BSBA in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
