Tony Farah

Tony Farah, MD, serves as the Chief Medical and Clinical Transformation Officer at Highmark Health since 2017, overseeing medical and clinical initiatives for a major health enterprise that impacts approximately 35 million people nationwide. Prior to this role, Tony Farah held multiple leadership positions at Allegheny Health Network from 2008 to 2017, including Chief Medical Officer and President of Allegheny Clinic, and Chief Medical Officer at both West Penn Allegheny Health System and Allegheny General Hospital. Tony Farah earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the American University of Beirut.
