Tracy Saula has extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Product & Experience Officer at Highmark Health since July 1998. Tracy has held various leadership roles at Highmark, including Senior Vice President of Product & Health Experience, Living Health Solutions & Strategy Enablement, and AHN Operations, as well as Vice President positions focused on Transformation and Audit & Risk Advisory Services. Prior to joining Highmark Health, Tracy worked at KPMG from July 1995 to July 1998 in Assurance. Tracy holds a degree from Duquesne University.
