Travis Crawford

Travis Crawford is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in corporate and technical recruiting. Since January 2017, Travis has led a remotely based recruiting team at Highmark Health, acting as the strategic partner for major business units. Previous roles at Highmark include leading corporate recruiting teams and managing the full cycle recruitment process. Prior to Highmark, Travis worked at Westinghouse Electric Company as a Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities included client engagement and skill evaluation. Travis also has a strong background in retail talent acquisition from positions at Giant Eagle, where responsibilities involved developing talent pipelines and executing sourcing strategies.
