Vernon Botts is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in diversity recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiting Strategy Partner at Highmark Health since February 2014, Vernon has held various roles including Manager of Diversity Recruiting and Manager of University Relations & Diversity Recruiting. Prior to this, Vernon worked as a Recruiter at PNC from December 2011 to February 2014 and gained initial experience as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from August 2007 to December 2011. Vernon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2002 and 2006.
