Zach Daftary

Zach Daftary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic analysis and consulting within the healthcare and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Analyst for Risk Adjustment and Senior Enterprise Effectiveness Consultant at Highmark Health since July 2019, Zach has played a pivotal role in developing strategic plans that secured approximately $200 million in annual bonus revenue for Medicare Advantage plans. Previously, Zach held various roles at Symmetry Surgical, contributing to M&A integration and commercial strategy, as well as serving as a Strategy Consultant at Moffitt Cancer Center. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at UBS and BNY Mellon, focusing on client relations and financial analysis.
