Michael Gallo

Michael Gallo is a Senior Software Engineer at NewRocket since March 2022, with a focus on IT Asset Management. Previously, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Cognizant from October 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a ServiceNow consultant and developer, as well as enhancing customer environments across various ITIL modules. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of Delaware from August 2016 to May 2018, fostering a positive environment for first-year students. Michael Gallo earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science from the University of Delaware in 2018, and also studied at the University of Canterbury in 2017.
