Richard Shackleton has extensive experience in IT service management and solutions consulting, currently serving as a Senior Solution Consultant at NewRocket since May 2021. Prior to this, Richard held various positions at IBM from 2002 to May 2021, including ITSM Tools Technical Specialist, Remedy Developer, Remedy SME, and Configuration Manager, where responsibilities included implementing change processes, transitioning systems, and enhancing CMDBs to meet client needs. Richard also worked as a Service Management Process Developer, Test Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Service Level Manager, demonstrating expertise in ITIL-aligned service management processes and training delivery across multiple projects and clients.
