Jacqueline Smith has over 25 years of work experience. Jacqueline started their career as an Investigative Specialist at National Government Services in 1992 and worked there until 2007. After that, they joined National Government Services again in 2008 as a Quality Training Specialist for Customer Services Representatives. In 2009, they joined Briljent as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, where they provided subject matter expertise and performed quality monitoring for the Quality Assurance Department. Currently, they are working at HighPoint Global as the IQA Quality Team Lead- Medicare, a position they have held since 2013.

Jacqueline Smith has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Technical Institute in Fort Wayne, IN.
