Mike Spagna has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Mike is currently serving as the Sr. Vice President, Civilian Sector at HighPoint Digital, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President, Civilian Sector at HighPoint Digital from May 2021 to March 2023.
Before joining HighPoint Digital, Mike held the position of Director, Civilian Programs at MetroStar Systems from July 2019 to May 2021. Mike also worked as a Senior Program Manager at CACI International Inc from November 2010 to July 2019.
Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Principal Analyst, Performance Management at Applied Systems Research from October 2009 to November 2010. Mike also had experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they served as an Associate from April 2005 to September 2009, and as a Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Mike worked as a Consultant at Verizon Communications from 1999 to 2001.
Mike Spagna completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Virginia in the years 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategy and Marketing from the Yale School of Management between 2001 and 2003.
